Paul

Paul Richards

Paul has over 30 years’ experience assisting Australian and International organisations working on the alignment of business strategies and their people.

He has held Executive level positions in a range of ASX listed companies in across strategy development, human resources, health, safety & wellbeing, information technology and program management.

Paul is experienced across all business sectors with senior experience across Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Oil/Gas/Utilities, Aviation, Defense, Manufacturing, Retail, Finance & Insurance.

Paul has led the development and implementation of major partnerships, alliances and projects for national and global Corporate, Government, University and NGOs covering customer bases >10m and valuations in excess of AUD$600m.

Paul has a PhD in Human Capital, Masters in Organisation Development and Bachelor of Business degree. He also holds qualifications in PROSI Change Management, PRINCE2 Agile Project Management, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Human Synergistics.

Kathleen

Kathleen O’Riley

Kathleen is an accomplished learning leader who has held senior roles in some of Australia’s largest companies as well as extensive experience working with SMEs.

Her main area of expertise is Organisational Learning and Engagement Strategies to help people to better achieve their personal goals and potential while providing an enhanced return on investment to their organisations.

Kathleen can assist clients in leadership and learning development strategies, change management, succession planning and whole of business performance/competency frameworks. She has highly sought after partnership skills in project management, capability development, learning curriculum builds, HR and LMS technology implementations and people process reengineering.

Kathleen has qualifications in economics, leadership, human capital and neuro linguistic programming as well as in PROSCI and Agile technologies.

Many clients also choose to retain Kathleen as an ongoing SME in the development of contemporary learning methodologies using blended learning digital solutions, artificial intelligence and instructional design including sign off and tracking of skills and competencies required for specific job roles, change programs and talent management.
